Chics Estate is a luxury vacation property in Bolton Landing with two beautiful vacation homes. This estate features two private homes, La Bella Vita and Rockledge Lookout sleeping a maximum of 20 people.

Rockledge Lookout
A newly built home conveniently located in the beautiful small town of Bolton Landing. The town is a short drive or a ten-minute walk away. This Bolton Landing rental can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. This property has it all: stunning lake views from every room, two private patios with patio furniture, a fire pit, a barbeque, and close access to a full-service marina.

This Bolton Landing vacation home rental also offers a private BBQ grill and fire pit. Perfect for grilling up some yummy food or roasting marshmallows! The lake level features a living space with a sleeper sofa. There is also a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the lake level. The main floor has a second living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor holds the remaining two bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature sliding glass doors with views of Lake George and a small deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee. At the top of the stairs, you will find a nook with two twin beds.

Parking is available right in front of the house. The town of Bolton is a quick ride away, with shopping, restaurants, and public beaches. There are many options for outdoor activities, from hiking, biking, kayaking, and boating in the summer, to skiing and ice skating in the winter.

This home is pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. Approval must be attained for more than one dog, and dogs over 40lbs.

La Bella Vita
It is located in the gorgeous Bolton Landing area. This brand-new home has all you need and more while visiting the beautiful Adirondacks. This Bolton Landing airbnb can sleep up to 12 people. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, ½ bath, and dining space. Also, on the main floor is a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a sliding glass door, giving you access to the lake’s balcony.

On the third level, you will find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed with access to a balcony with lake views. Attached to the primary bedroom is a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Also, on the third floor is a full bath and the two remaining bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a twin and a twin over queen bunk bed.

This Bolton Landing vacation home rental also includes a separate private lake-level suite that features its own living space with a love seat, a full bath, and a queen bed with sliding glass doors, giving you access to a patio with lake views. This suite does not have direct access to the main home.

Directly across from the house is Chic’s Marina, where dock space is available with boat rentals. Please contact Chic’s Marina via email at rentals@chicsmarina.com to check availability. In addition to boat rentals, the marina offers plenty of ways to get out on the lake, such as jet ski tours and captained boat rides. Adjacent to the marina is The Algonquin Restaurant, a full-service restaurant with lovely lake views.
