Huddle Bay Estates consists of two private lakeview vacation homes overlooking Lake George. Huddle Bay Estate can comfortably sleep 20 people. The estate is made up of Lakeview Villa and Hilltop Hideaway.

LAKEVIEW VILLA

This beautiful, remodeled home in Bolton Landing is the perfect place to spend your next vacation and accommodates 12 guests. The main floor features a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with an ensuite. The living room and dining room both feature sliding glass doors giving you access to the deck with beautiful views of Lake George. The main floor bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and two twin-over-full bunk beds. The second floor features two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite. Both bedrooms have a king bed. Step outside through the French doors onto the balcony, relax, and enjoy the views and sunshine. This home also offers a private BBQ grill and fire pit. Perfect for grilling up some yummy food or roasting marshmallows!

HILLTOP HIDEAWAY

Located in Bolton Landing, this spacious vacation home rental offers lake views and can accommodate eight guests. The main floor features a large living area with a gas-powered wood stove, where you can take in all the lake views! Also on the main level is a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and a dining area. Step outside onto the large deck overlooking Sweetbriar Island. Here you will find an outdoor dining area and a grill perfect for outdoor cooking.

You will find two queen beds and a full bath with a double vanity on the upper level. All with a view! While the lake level of this home offers a separate but attached suite. This area features a queen bed, full bath, and kitchenette. This floor also features a separate living space, a pull-out couch, and a queen bed. Just outside the lake-level suite is a patio with additional outdoor furniture. This home also features a deck with a pergola and fire pit. Roast some smores and relax around the firepit with family and friends.

These Bolton Landing vacation rentals are pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. Approval must be attained for more than one dog, and dogs over 40lbs. Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina.
