Welcome to our stunning Farmhouse in Upstate New York, located on 18 acres of private land with private lake access. It features four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for your next getaway. Nestled on picturesque acres of lush countryside, this charming retreat combines rustic charm with modern amenities. This home sleeps eight guests, with a maximum of ten guests. 

The main floor features a living room and sitting area, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. A washer and dryer are also on this level. The second floor offers another master suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. An office space is also located on the second level. 

The Farmhouse offers a game room perfect for making memories with family or friends. Step outside on the large wrap-around porch with outdoor seating to take in the lake views. On the outdoor patio, you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs and a large dining table.
