Halloween is just around the corner, so it’s time to plan your spooky and fun festivities.
Fright Fest is back at Six Flags Great Escape. Bring the kids for non-scary, family fun at Boo Fest from 12-5 P.M. and enjoy the Trick-or-treating Trail, Monster Mash Dance Party, Halloween Costume Contest, Children’s Hay Maze, a Scavenger Hunt, stories, and more. After dark, the monsters come out of hiding and the park transforms with haunted attractions, scare zones, events, and shows, in addition to all your favorite rollercoasters and rides.
Head to Boo 2 You in downtown Glens Falls for daytime family fun on October 26, 2024 from 2-4 P.M. Dress up for trick-or-treating, a petting zoo, dance performances, and an all-around fun time for all ages. Up Yonda Farm in Bolton Landing is also hosting its annual Trunk or Treat event on October 26, 2024. Kids can decorate pumpkins, trick or treat among decorated vehicles, and receive free books. Check out the wildlife exhibitions and the live raptor display. The event runs rain or shine from 3-5 P.M.
The Fort William Henry has hundreds of years of history, from countless battles to diseases and harsh climates. If you like eerie, the Haunted History Ghost Tour takes you to places where ill-fated spirits still roam, and tour guides share ghost stories that have been passed down, along with their own personal experiences.
