1849 Loft’s main level features a living room with an open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a kitchen island, a large dining table, and lots of natural light. A full-size bathroom connects to the common areas with a walk-in glass shower. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors to the patio. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a custom-built queen bunk bed with walk-up steps! The lower level of the property offers a bar/game room with a pool table, arcade games, darts shuffleboard, and another electric fireplace perfect for making memories with family or friends. Also on this level is a washer and dryer.

Step outside on the large yard with an outdoor patio where you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs and a large dining table. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while sitting around the custom-made fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the secluded hot tub in the Adirondack air! The yard also features a privacy fence.
